


Machine tool usage and performance characteristics
·The MKD84160/MKD200 CNC roll grinder is a specialized grinder designed for the roll manufacturing industry. The machine not only has all the functions of a general CNC roll grinder, but also can hold heavy-duty rolls.
·The tailstock sleeve and headstock spindle of the machine tool are equipped with built-in rotary bearings. The diameter of the headstock spindle and tailstock sleeve is exponentially larger than that of the same specification grinding roller body. The rotary bearings are supported by high rigidity precision double row cylindrical roller bearings and flat cylindrical roller bearings, all of which are made by SKF or FAG.
·The workpiece top holding grinding makes the processing of the rolling mill very convenient, and the grinding of the roll neck and roll body can be completed in one clamping.
·This machine tool can also be applied to the machining of the outer circle, end face, and cone surface of other large shaft workpieces, as well as the machining of medium, high, and intermediate concave roller surfaces.
·The machine tool adopts Siemens 840D/810D operating system, and the radial feed is driven by a servo motor through a backless turbine rod and a roller screw.
·And an optional grating measurement device can be installed to achieve closed-loop control of the X-axis. The machine tool's repeatability accuracy can reach ± 0.001mm. The Z-axis is driven by a servo motor through a turbine vortex rod and a gear rack, while the U-axis (medium high micro feed mechanism) servo motor is driven by a backlash free turbine worm eccentric sleeve lever mechanism to achieve micro feed of the grinding wheel spindle.
